All orders, with the exception of pre-orders and custom orders, will be dispatched 1-2 working days after placed.

A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. No refunds will be issued for refused packages. Additional charges may apply if delivery is returned to the shipper.
In the event that the package cannot be shipped within the above stated time, you will be notified via email.
Motiya will not be held responsible if a shipment delay occurs due to carrier issues, holiday season or extreme weather conditions.
