Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery date. Refunds will be issues to the same card used to purchase the product. The initial shipping cost, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund. 

All products must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please send an email at info@shopmotiya.com.

Please note that the product must be shipped back at your own expense.

No refunds will be given on sale items or refused shipments. 

If you wish to exchange a product please initiate a return by sending us an email. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the previous order and a new order can be placed on the website.

Orders can not be cancelled after payment.
